Understand how discreet shipping, returns and warranty support work for your adult toy order, and what the optional Worry-Free Purchase add-on actually covers.
Quick answer
Treat shipping, returns and warranty support as three separate questions: check the carrier and packaging for discretion, follow the store's return window and condition rules for refunds, and contact the manufacturer or store support for defects. The optional Worry-Free Purchase add-on adds protection to eligible orders but is not a standalone product and does not replace the standard return policy.
Why the add-on is not a standalone purchase
Worry-Free Purchase is a value-added service from Seel that you can add to eligible purchases at cart or checkout. It is not a product you buy on its own, and coverage details vary by order. The widget at checkout and your confirmation email show the specific protections that apply, so read them before you rely on the add-on for a return or shipping issue.
Discretion is a packaging question, not a returns question
Discreet shipping adult toys usually means plain outer packaging and a neutral sender name, but the exact packaging is set by the store and carrier, not by the Worry-Free Purchase add-on. If a package arrives damaged or visibly opened, document the condition with photos before opening it further; that record helps with both carrier claims and any protection claim.
When a return may be refused even with protection
Many adult toy returns policies exclude items that have been used or are missing hygiene seals, and the Worry-Free Purchase add-on does not override those rules. Check the store's sex toy order returns policy for the exact window and condition requirements before you open or use an item you might return. For defective products, adult toy warranty support is usually the faster route than a general return.
Worry-Free Purchase: common questions answered
- How do I return a sex toy?
- Start with the store's sex toy order returns policy: confirm the return window, whether the item must be unopened, and how to request a return label. Do not send an item back before you have return instructions, because unauthorized returns may be refused. Save the policy page or confirmation email before opening the package.
- Is shipping discreet?
- Discreet shipping adult toys typically uses plain outer packaging and a neutral sender name. The exact packaging is set by the store and carrier, and the Worry-Free Purchase add-on does not change it. If the box arrives damaged or opened, photograph it before opening further.
- What does Worry-Free Purchase actually cover?
- It is a Seel value-added service for eligible purchases, and coverage details vary by order. The cart/checkout widget and your confirmation email list the specific protections. It is not a standalone item, so do not buy it on its own. Check the widget before checkout, not after a problem appears.
- How do I get adult toy warranty support?
- For a defective product, contact store or manufacturer support with your order number, a description of the fault and photos or a short video. Warranty support is separate from a change-of-mind return and usually does not require the item to be unused.
- What if my Worry-Free Purchase claim is denied?
- Use the Seel Resolution Center linked in your order communications to review the decision and submit any missing evidence, such as photos or carrier records. Keep the original packaging until the claim is closed. Keep the packaging and tracking records until the claim is resolved.
